By accessing and using Pocket Villa, YOU agree to comply with and be bound by this Cancellation Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Pocket Villa acts solely as a digital payment facilitator and intermediary. Pocket Villa does not own, control, or manage any products or services offered by merchants, aggregators, or service providers.

Any request for cancellation of a transaction shall be governed strictly by the cancellation terms and conditions of the respective merchant, aggregator, or service provider. Pocket Villa does not guarantee cancellation of any transaction.

Once a transaction has been successfully initiated and processed, it may not be cancelled by the USER through the Pocket Villa platform.

In the event that YOU initiate a transaction with incorrect details, including but not limited to wrong beneficiary information, mobile number, account number, or amount, Pocket Villa shall not be responsible for cancellation or reversal of such transactions.

Cancellation requests, where applicable, must be raised directly with the respective merchant or service provider from whom the product or service was purchased.

Pocket Villa shall not be liable for any losses, charges, penalties, or damages arising due to the inability to cancel a transaction.

Any service fees, convenience fees, or processing charges paid by the USER are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the merchant or service provider.

Pocket Villa reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
