By accessing and using Pocket Villa, YOU accept and agree to the terms, conditions and rules without limitation and/or qualification.
We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time without giving YOU any prior notice. Your use of Pocket Villa following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.
Pocket Villa does not, at any point of time during any transaction between the USER and merchant/vendor and/or service provider, take ownership of any products or services provided by the merchant.
Any cancellation or refund shall be governed strictly as per the terms and conditions of the respective aggregator or merchant/vendor. Pocket Villa has no role in governing refund or cancellation charges.
In the event YOU mistakenly send a payment to an incorrect party or for an incorrect amount, Pocket Villa shall have no liability and will not refund or reverse such payments.
All sales of prepaid recharge on the Pocket Villa platform are final. No refund or exchange is permitted. YOU are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH account number, or data card details.
Pocket Villa disclaims any accountability for losses or damages arising from acts or omissions of any USER. YOU acknowledge that Pocket Villa is only a payment facilitator and intermediary.
YOU agree that the actual contract for sale is directly between YOU and the merchant/vendor. Pocket Villa does not control or guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or availability of the products or services offered.
Pocket Villa is not responsible for warranties, guarantees, post-sale claims, or the genuineness of listings, bookings, products, or services.
Any erroneous transfer of funds by the USER shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited only to the Pocket Villa wallet.
In case of refunds, any cashback amount applied to the transaction will be reversed. If the cashback has already been used, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund value.
